After careful consideration and planning, we have made the decision to sell our North Campus. This means that The Hive 116 will transition back to being a one-campus facility. Effective June 1, 2024, our sole campus will be the Main Campus located at 320 E Main Street.

This decision was carefully considered, recognizing its importance in sustaining productive work environments, ensuring our current pricing remains affordable for all our members and private office renters, while also maintaining our economic viability.
